Martin Kohlhaas has successively built this up around himself over the years. We focus on the team concept: Just like in a family, everyone must be able to rely 100% on the others. Each individual must be aware of his or her responsibility and be fully committed to his or her area of responsibility. Achieving success together, but unfortunately also being strong together when there was a defeat. Our team shares the goals and drive of racing one unconditionally.
